Persistence is not a genetic pre-disposition or characteristic. It’s a habit formed by continuing in a course of action, spite of difficulty or opposition. That is the focus of Scroll 3 in the Greatest Salesman this week. It is also the topic that was most relevant to me in our lesson this week.
Therefore, every little action, drawing, painting or index card. The movie poster, the confirmations and readings of the ‘Gal in the Glass’ in front of the mirror. Putting down our definitely major purpose on paper. The mental diet and ‘no opinions’. Continually placing our dreams in front of us to influence our subby. In conclusion, determination and success are being pushed to the forefront.
“Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence.Calvin Coolidge
Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent.
Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb.
Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts.
Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan ‘Press On’ has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.”
Persistence, is not a genetic pre-disposition or a characteristic, it is a habit!
Persistence at recognizing things going on in our world, or the Law of Growth. That which you identify you can amplify. Therefore, be the observer, start being more aware of all the inexplicable things. Notice them, share them because all that we focus or identify can be amplified or grow! So let us shout out from the roof tops all the wonderful things that are beginning to change in our lives.
For that reason, we need to be mindful of the conversation we listen to or engage with or in. Because, our words have power and are continually influencing our subby!!! Remember, subby never sleeps. It works for our greatest good, so persistence you might call it! Here is one of the quotes we read out loud daily with ‘ENTHUSIASM’.
When changes start coming into your own life because you truly know that you manifested it. That is the point that you know that the Master Key Experience is truly making a difference. It is changing the direction of my life allowing the law of attraction to truly work. Every day has purpose, passion and excitement! What a great feeling to wake up to.
Once we grasp that the laws of the universal mind, apply the knowledge and then combine it with ‘ACTION’ and persistence of course. The omnipotence power will bring forth into our path all the things needed for our desires to happen. AMAZING, mind blown moment! Are you getting this folks?
There are four simple steps which lead to the habit of PERSISTENCE:
To my surprise, they call for no great amount of intelligence or specific level or amount of education. Also, requiring little time or effort, amazingly!
1. A definite purpose backed by a burning desire for it’s fulfillment
2. A definite plan, expressed in continuous action
3. A mind closed tightly against all negative and discouraging influences, including negative suggestions of relatives, friends and acquaintances
4. Friendly alliance with one or more persons who will encourage one to follow through with both plan and purpose
It does not mean, NOT quitting, it means more that there is action, persistence and action.
So, I gather we keep doing the chores, reading the laws, noticing shapes and color. Stay away from negative situations, keep clear from opinions and continue to do all the little exercises daily. By law, we will have hard wired new neural pathways into our brain which by default start attracting and bring in new habits through PERSISTENCE and being CONSISTENT,
Mastery of FEAR, DISCOURAGEMENT, INDIFFERENCE
To summarize, there is a magnificent reward for all who learn to take these 4 steps. It is the privilege of writing one’s own ticket, and of making Life yield whatever desires we ask.
Therefore, building self confidence with our future selves. How is that? Because we are continually doing chores, keeping our promises, creating trust. We are now building our character, our future self!
Only currency that counts is trust:
The subconscious mind does not know the difference of the size of the request. Do that service which leads to character and trust, creating self confidence. Persistence with tenacity. We all need to break the chemical addictions to old peptides, old habits. We need to write it down, take the specific action, read it out loud with enthusiasm, then celebrate it.
“Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.” John Wooden…….
In conclusion or closing today, I wanted everyone to ponder the words that Davene shared with us and that resonated deeply with me!
“Small minds talk about people, average minds talk about events and great mind talk about ideas.” Davene Januszewski
